Janiece has her real estate license in the state of Texas. She is currently applying for law school to study real estate and property law. She loves helping agents get their time back by facilitating stress free documentation and communication between all parties.

I began this business several years ago when I started flipping houses. Through that venture, it has opened doors into TC work which led me to get my real estate license. I quickly realized I love real estate and helping agents get their time back.
